Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Boveed.com may receive when you visit the site or contact us, and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, subject, and message. We use these details to read and respond to your inquiry. The form sends the message to the site administrator’s email address; it does not save a separate copy as a WordPress contact-form submission. Email systems may retain messages and related delivery records. Please avoid sending sensitive personal details.

Technical information and cookies

Like most websites, our hosting and security services may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, device information, pages requested, and access times to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose problems. Our contact form temporarily uses a one-way derived value from your IP address to limit repeated submissions for about ten minutes. It does not display that value publicly.

WordPress and site infrastructure may set essential cookies for site operation and administration. If you sign in to a WordPress account, login and preference cookies may be used. Embedded content from another website, if present in an article, may behave as though you visited that website and may set its own cookies or collect data under its policy. We will update this policy if we introduce additional analytics, advertising, or tracking tools that require explanation.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate and protect the site, respond to messages, and improve content and performance. Hosting, email, and technical service providers may process data on our behalf to provide those services. We do not sell contact form messages. We may disclose information if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users.

How long information is kept

Contact emails may be retained as long as needed to handle an inquiry and maintain relevant records, then removed when no longer needed. Server and security logs are retained according to the settings of the providers involved. The temporary contact-form rate limit expires after approximately ten minutes. We do not promise a fixed retention period for email correspondence.

Your choices and requests

You can browse public articles without using the contact form. To ask about personal information you sent through it, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact page. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when required or permitted by law. Rights available to you depend on where you live.

Other sites and updates

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We may revise this policy as the site’s features or providers change; the current version will be posted on this page.
