Governor DeSantis Goes After Liberal Holy Grail

Since he took office, Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has been the target of criticism from Democrats. Why? Because he doesn’t do a good job as governor? It’s not because of that; it’s because he’s been enacting laws that restrict things that only a minority of Americans want to be restricted.

When DeSantis signed a measure that prohibits teachers from discussing sexuality and gender problems in public school classrooms, Democrats were incensed by the governor’s decision. Why should Democrats be unhappy about it, especially considering that Democrats themselves have stated that they do not recruit minors?

DeSantis is not finished destroying leftist holy grails wherever he finds them, and he has no plans to stop anytime soon. The laws that will further protect children from being harmed by those on the radical left have just been delivered to the governor’s desk by the Florida legislature. And even the left-leaning media outlets can’t take it anymore.

The legislation that prevents Democrats from imposing their transgender agenda on children was signed into law by Governor DeSantis. What a horrible beast! Even the Associated Press skewed the issue by referring to the practices that mutilate children as gender-affirming care.

In reality, it refers to operations or therapies that modify a child’s hormones, remove sections of their body, or otherwise interfere with the child’s natural process of growing and developing. There is absolutely nothing affirming about the situation. However, Democrats have been leading the charge for this sick agenda, even when it comes to infants who are too young to comprehend the ramifications of this kind of care.

After that, DeSantis passed a law that prohibits the performance of drag shows near schools or anywhere else where minors are present. It would appear that the AP News considers this to be targeting them. When did it become acceptable for grown men who are masquerading as women to dance suggestively around children?

In addition, DeSantis made it mandatory for guys to use bathrooms designated for their gender and outlawed the use of ridiculous preferred pronouns in schools. What a wicked thing to do. It is embarrassing that we have sunk to such a low point that a Republican governor is required to sign legislation on the same level as this.

A short number of years ago, all of this was considered to be common sense. However, the far left has so corrupted the Democratic Party that we have no choice but to fight back simply to safeguard our children from sexual predators. We can only hope that other Republican-controlled states will follow Florida’s example.
